Titleimage: Department of Clinical Research (DCR)

The complexity of clinical research has been growing steadily. The Department of Clinical Research (DCR) provides the central organization for expertise, innovation, leadership, contemporary pedagogy, and centralized facilities for supporting clinical researchers.

We work across multiple collaborations at the Faculty of Medicine and the Inselspital.

DCR is the academic center for knowledge transfer and services related to clinical research. It offers clinical researchers full support from study design to study conduct.

The DCR structure consists of three units: CTU Bern, the Clinical Investigation Unit (CIU), and the Medical Data Science Unit.
